About Star-shifter.com
"Star-shifter" came about through sheer inspiration. I needed a penname, and something that would serve as a good domain name. I am not really creative with names either - and I didn't realize until I was signing up for a domain that there is actually a car shift stick called the "starshifter"
(They had the starshifter[dot]com name....curse them!!!! But, I still
wanted a form of the name - (afterall, it was already my penname!!) Thus.... the hyphen.

stardust, spangles & dreams
The name is actually a take on the song - Sawdust, Spangles & Dreams from the 1962 movie Billy Rose's Jumbo starring Jimmy Durante, Doris Day, Stephan Boyd and Martha Raye. I honestly thought it was Stardust and not Sawdust. Anyway, it serves the site well now, so it's a keeper.

Found the next Gravitation layout at Fake Wings!

Changed scope of the site and linkware layout. Decided to start doing screen captures of layouts and keeping track of previous layouts. Layout was Gravitation from go here to see the screen capture.
